A one-off audit of up to 25 of one company's direct vendors, mapped from tier 1 to tier 3 and delivered within 10 business days of having both the client's vendor list and payment. Each row is checked against the vendor's own published subprocessor list, AI subprocessors are flagged, and every row carries an evidence link and check date.

More than 25 direct vendors? Each extra block of 25 is quoted separately.

Delivered late? We refund the audit fee.

No monitoring included. Delivered by email as a PDF summary plus a CSV of every row with its source URL and check date.

How every offer works

  1. Ask a question in writing (or see the sample audit first).
  2. You send the vendor list: a spreadsheet, or a link to your published subprocessor page.
  3. We do the work by hand and send it by email, with an evidence link on every row.

Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added where applicable.

Each offer has a Pay button. Until card payment is live, it opens a short invoice request form; once Stripe links exist, it goes to Stripe.

How much does subprocessors.fyi cost?

subprocessors.fyi has three paid offers: a one-off Vendor Chain Audit for $490 USD covering up to 25 direct vendors; subprocessor change monitoring for $99 USD per month for up to 100 vendors, sold separately; and a concierge pilot for fractional DPO, vCISO and GRC firms from EUR 300 per month, capped at EUR 400. The AI subprocessor tracker is free.

What does monitoring include?

Monitoring costs $99 USD per month and covers up to 100 vendors. We email you an alert when a watched subprocessor list changes and send a weekly digest. It is sold separately from the audit and comes with a 30-day refund.

Can I get a refund?

The $490 USD Vendor Chain Audit is refunded if we deliver it later than 10 business days. Monitoring has a 30-day refund. The pilot is month to month with no lock-in: you can cancel any time before the next billing date.

Is monitoring included in the $490 Vendor Chain Audit?

No. The Vendor Chain Audit is a one-off deliverable for $490 USD. Monitoring is a separate service at $99 USD per month that you can add later if you want change alerts. It is never bundled into the audit price.

How is subprocessors.fyi different from Third Party Index?

Third Party Index is a free public index of the subprocessor lists SaaS vendors publish, licensed CC BY 4.0, and subprocessors.fyi uses some of its data with credit. Its rows are marked as candidates to check, and its DORA export covers ranks 1 and 2 only. subprocessors.fyi sells the checking: chains to tier 3, rows verified against each vendor's own list, AI subprocessors flagged, and change alerts by email.

Do I need to create an account?

No. subprocessors.fyi has no self-serve app yet. Every paid offer starts with a written question or a sample audit request, and the work is done by hand by our team and delivered by email.

Is there a free option?

Yes. The AI subprocessor tracker at subprocessors.fyi/ai-subprocessor-tracker is free and lists dated subprocessor-list changes that involve AI providers. For looking up a single vendor's declared list, Third Party Index is also free.
